Our principles
What we stick to, from day one.

Cash payments cost you nothing.
When a customer pays in cash, you pay no commission. The money goes straight from the customer to your driver, and we make nothing from it.

Much lower commission on online payments.
For orders paid online, we charge a commission well below the 13% that is common for self-delivery on large platforms. We will set the exact rate together with our first partner restaurants. Payment provider fees are passed on at cost, with no markup.

Open split.
We show you exactly where your commission goes. Part of it goes back to customers as credit, so they keep ordering locally.

No exclusivity.
You stay on every platform you use today. Bumerang comes on top instead of replacing anything.

Your prices stay the same.
Your dishes cost the same with us as everywhere else. Your customers pay no service fee and no payment fee with us.
Who’s behind it

Founder of Bumerang
I have worked in restaurants since I was 16.
The idea for Bumerang came when I saw how much of every delivery order goes to the platforms as commission. I think more of it should stay in the restaurant and with the people in the neighbourhood.
With Bumerang, you deal with me in person. I come by, go through your numbers with you and listen to what you need.
